How can I place an order?

You can place an order online any time, or by calling us at the number on the contact page.

Will I receive an order receipt/order confirmation?

Yes. First, if you place your order online, you will see a confirmation page after you process your order.

We will also send you a confirmation email after you place your order, If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it is possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Email us at contact@luberisdecorcatering.com for further assistance.

What if I didn’t see a confirmation page and/or didn’t receive an email confirmation?

If you didn’t receive any of the order confirmation messages, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend that you do not  attempt to submit the order again to avoid placing duplicate orders.

How do I cancel or change an order I already placed?

Orders cannot be canceled 5 days before the event or delivery date and payment is non-refundable. If more than 5 days left, please contact us.
